            reported flooding along several streets in
            the Port St. Lucie area. A school bus was
            stuck in a ditch at the intersection of SW
            California Blvd and Beard St. and another
            vehicle was stuck in a ditch at the
            intersection of SW California and Catalina
            Terrace.
