* At 634 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 11 nm west of Oriskany Reef to 36 nm south of
  Pensacola Pass, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
