The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out
  20 NM...
  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
  Pensacola Bay Area including Santa Rosa Sound...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...
  Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 700 AM CDT.

* At 559 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts was located from West Santa Rosa Sound to 25 nm
  southwest of Pensacola Beach, moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mary Esther, Big Lagoon, Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Pass, Fort
  Pickens, East Bay, Okaloosa Pier, Pensacola Bay Bridge, Garcon
  Point Bridge, and Pensacola Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
