At 254 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles northeast of East Brewton, or 8 miles east of Brewton, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
