South Fork Crow River below Mayer affecting Carver County. .Recent heavy rainfall combined with forecasted additional rain and high soil moisture will produce increasing area river level rises. Periods of widespread heavy rain starts tonight and lasts through Saturday. An additional 2 to 4 inches of rainfall is forecasted to fall during this time. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
