Lake Superior from Saxon Harbor WI to Upper Entrance to Portage Canal
MI 5NM off shore to the US/Canadian border including Isle Royale
National Park...
Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal MI...

At 155 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 18 nm east of The Western Lake Superior Buoy to 42 nm
southwest of The Upper Entrance of Portage Canal, moving northeast at
35 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
