...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Warm dry conditions will peak this afternoon with MinRH values in
the teens and 20s across the East Bay, North Bay, interior Monterey
County and San Benito County. Relatively light winds will help keep
fire weather concerns below critical criteria. After cooler
temperatures tomorrow and Thursday, we`ll see another day of warm
and dry conditions on Friday. ERC forecasts are increasing over the
next week, but should still remain below critical levels on Friday
as well.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Hot and dry weather will continue today. Interior valleys will most
likely see highs up to 105F with minimum RH in the teens. While
valleys will maintain good RH recovery from 50 to 60 percent,
enhanced thermal belts will continue to have poor RH recovery in
the early morning along mid and high slopes. High elevation areas
have experienced enhanced, southeast to east diurnal flow overnight
a few gusts up to 25 mph. Cooler conditions with slightly higher
RH`s will return around mid week, followed by a warming and drying
trend Thursday through Saturday.
