.DISCUSSION...Clear and warm today with gusty NW winds. A deep
trough moving into the Pac NW will make its closest approach
through this evening before ejecting out into the northern plains.
Thus, the strongest wind potential exists this afternoon into
Monday. Winds begin to diminish slightly by Monday evening, but
will remain light to breezy (10-15 mph) through midweek. Dry
afternoons with decent overnight recovery tonight as moisture
works its way into the valleys. N-S gradient continues to promote
a very shallow or non-existent marine layer, so RH recovery will
be limited to about 65-75% for the next couple of days before
increasing back to the 80-90% range by midweek.
