.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the
waters through the week, except diminishing to gentle to moderate
in the Atlantic Wed through Fri night. The next tropical wave,
currently over the E Caribbean, will approach the region tonight,
likely leading to an increase in showers and thunderstorms
through at least Mon night.
