.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front over the
central waters will likely dissipate tonight as it moves SE
towards the S waters. A low pressure trough will persist near the
coast into Wed night. High pressure will build to the W and NW of
the area through Tue. Another weak cold front will move SE across
the N and central waters Tue night and Wed. High pressure will
rebuild to the W of the area Wed and Wed night, and slowly weaken
Thu and Thu night.
