The peak of the heat wave is expected Thursday and Friday with heat
indices reaching 95 to around 103 during the afternoon hours. Heat
indices will be more marginal for Saturday, and peak around or just
over 95.

A heat wave will be continuing Wednesday, and heat indices may be
marginal around 95 Wednesday afternoon across interior Connecticut.
Heat indices across the region Thursday and Friday will range from 95
to around 101. Heat indices will be more marginal for Saturday, and
peak around or just over 95.

into Friday. Heat indices Wednesday are expected to be in the upper
80s to lower 90s, and in the lower to mid 90s Thursday. Heat indices
Friday may be a few degrees higher and reach 95 to 99.
