AND EXTREME NORTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM EDT...

At 136 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Monroe, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Harriman around 140 PM EDT.
  West Point around 145 PM EDT.
