.DISCUSSION...
Tuesday will be warmer and drier with highs in the lower 70s.
Look for the morning inversion to weaken around 1000 pdt with
transport winds out of the south.  Variable surface winds are
expected once again as weak upslope/north winds compete with light
general winds out of the south.  The arrival of a cold front
Wednesday afternoon will a shift to southwest winds and
increasingly windy conditions through the day.  Showers and
thunderstorms will be possible along the front with 15 percent
chance of wetting rains.
