...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT
FOR CENTRAL OKLAHOMA COUNTY...

At 622 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over northeastern
Oklahoma City, or near Lake Aluma, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
         considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
         mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Eastern Oklahoma City, southeastern Edmond, Midwest City, Del City,
Choctaw, The Village, Spencer, Nichols Hills, Jones, Nicoma Park,
Tinker Air Force Base, Forest Park, and Lake Aluma.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows.
