Minimum relative humidities today are forecast from the mid 30s
to 40s, with some low 30s and upper 20s possible in eastern Ohio.
Despite this, gusts will generally remain below 10 mph.
Humidities moderate slightly Saturday with precipitation chances,
though soaking rain chances remain low. Some elevated gusts and
variable winds are possible in storms.
Better chances of wetting rains encroach next week, with daily
rain chances starting Monday. Chances of rains greater than an
inch are 50% to 60% in eastern Ohio, and 60% to 70% for western
Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia for now.
