A number of shortwaves will be passing through the region today into tomorrow. Shower and thunderstorm activity will be sporadic over the next 36 hours. With convection likely, MinRH values will stay above 45 to 50 percent. Sub-severe wind gusts may be embedded within showers and storms (less than 40mph) and some small hail. Dry conditions are anticipated Thursday into Friday under high pressure; MinRH values will range between 30 to 40 percent.
