...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN BELMONT...OHIO AND
MARSHALL COUNTIES THROUGH 930 PM EDT...

At 902 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Moundsville, moving north at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Wheeling, Moundsville, Martins Ferry, St. Clairsville, Bellaire,
Warwood, Bethlehem, Triadelphia, Clearview, Shadyside, McMechen,
Powhatan Point, Glen Dale, Bridgeport, Benwood, Yorkville, Brookside,
Neffs, Grove Oak, and Elm Grove.

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 214 and 225.
  Interstate 70 in West Virginia between mile markers 0 and 7.
