The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  South Central Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  East Central Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 444 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Monongahela,
  or 7 miles south of Gastonville, moving northwest at 10 mph.
  Additional thunderstorms were rapidly developing across eastern
  Washington County and are expected to become severe as well.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
           damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bethel Park, McMurray, Gastonville, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair,
  South Park Township, Jefferson Hills, Pleasant Hills, Donora,
  Monongahela, McGovern, Bentleyville, New Eagle, Wickerham
  Manor-Fisher, Baidland, Ellsworth, Eighty Four, Cokeburg, West
  Elizabeth and Finleyville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
