At 446 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Monessen, or 10 miles southeast of Gastonville, moving northwest at 10 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...The National Weather Service has received numerous reports of wind damage, as well as quarter sized hail with these storms. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected.
