.DISCUSSION...Winds will begin shifting to the southwest and then
west-southwest during the later morning into beginning of the
afternoon timeframe today, with breezy conditions of 20 to 30 mph
possible. Winds remain breezy through the evening before becoming
light and downslope/downvalley overnight. Thursday lighter winds
are expected, shifting further to the west to northwest during the
morning hours, becoming light again tomorrow night. A few passing
showers noted near the site as of this forecast, but expect this
activity to be moving away from the site over the next couple of
hours with very low chances (<10%) of any new precipitation today.
