dry with good daytime RHs between 27-32% with moderate overnight
recoveries between 51-56%. Winds will be from the south through
the day at 7 to 13 mph and remaining as such through tonight. An
upper level trough will roll across the area later in the day
Wednesday with increased winds ahead of the front and sustained
winds of 10 to 20 mph and instability which brings with it 15%
chances of thunderstorms beginning near 5 PM Wednesday.
