gusty winds will continue this evening, but will subside overnight.  Breezy winds
again are possible on Monday, but not as strong as today.  Gusts should only be
about as high as 20 mph.  Winds will become lighter again Monday night.

MIN RH values will be around 15 to 20 percent with excellent recovery tonight and
good recovery Monday night.
