.DISCUSSION...The air mass is very dry aloft, but cooler marine
air spreading across the Cascades will result in cooler temperatures
and higher humidity at the surface compared to yesterday.  Winds will
increase as the day progresses with strongest winds in the late
afternoon and early evening. Winds will diminish tonight and will
be relatively light on Monday.
