.DISCUSSION...Weak and dry westerly flow has brought winds
considerably lower and will remain below 8-10 mph through the period.
Winds will be from the northwest before shifting more westerly
overnight over the forecast period. Dry conditions will remain in
place with daytime RH values in the poor range of 20-30% with
excellent overnight recoveries above 70-80% each night. A stable
atmosphere will allow some lingering smoke to occur over the fire
to lay down over the fire so visibility may lessen along the
southeastern flank.
