at 5 to 7 mph before increasing ans shifting near 11 AM an
remaining as such overnight. Daytime RH values will be
low/moderate (22%/26-55%) with good (56-70%) overnight
recoveries. Temperatures through the long term will moderate
to near normal with light westerly winds.
