.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions are expected through Tuesday, though an upper
level trough will be moving across the area.  This trough could bring some
gusty winds on Tuesday afternoon.  Winds will generally be out of the north
to northwest direction.  The winds will shift from north to northwest Tuesday
afternoon and increase and become gusty.

There will be an inversion overnight tonight into Monday morning but the inversion
should dissipate shortly after sunrise.

MIN RH values will be below 30 percent on Monday, but much higher on Tuesday,
in the 40 to 45 percent range, with good recovery overnight.
