...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20
nm...
Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm...

At 740 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 6 nm southwest of Entrance
to New York Harbor to near Shark River Reef to near Barnegat Light
Reef, moving east at 40 knots. This line of storms has a history of
producing winds in excess of 40 kt.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small hail.

SOURCE...Public.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Ocean Gate, Leonardo, Ship Bottom, Atlantic Highlands, Monmouth
Beach, Axel Carlson Reef, Silverton, Harvey Cedars, Forked River,
Fair Haven, Lavallette, Barnegat Light, North Beach Haven, Point
Pleasant Beach, Belmar, Seaside Park, Manasquan Inlet, Pine Beach,
and Beach Haven.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
