...WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING...
WINDS, FOR THE MOST PART, HAVE DROPPED BELOW WIND ADVISORY CRITERIA.
WINDS WILL REMAIN BREEZY EARLY THIS EVENING. THE NEXT COUPLE OF
HOURS, EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 25 TO 40 MPH BEFORE QUICKLY DROPPING
OFF, ESPECIALLY AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Shoshone/Lava Beds, Arco/Mud Lake Desert, Lower Snake
  River Plain, and Upper Snake River Plain.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
