winds shifting southwest by 2100 before the next front. Excellent
overnight RH recoveries tonight as precipitation begins to move
in, beginning Wednesday morning. 10-20% thunderstorms Wednesday
afternoon in Washington Cascades only, and wetting rains at coast
and Cascades. Cool showery conditions from Thursday through
Saturday.
