.DISCUSSION...High pressure developing tonight, with increased
temperatures and dry conditions Tuesday. Daytime humidity will
be at critical levels through the Cascades on Tuesday with
temperatures near 90 degrees. Very high daytime RHs from Thursday
on, as active pattern sets in Wednesday. Chance of wetting rain on
Wednesday, close to 90% chance in southwest Washington, and 40% in
Lane County. Weak showery precipitation through Saturday.
