.DISCUSSION...A weak thermal trough will bring light offshore flow
Tuesday morning. Onshore flow will return by Tuesday afternoon as
an upper level trough approaches the Pacific Northwest from the
NE Pacific. Daytime humidity will be above critical thresholds.
Tuesday night, expect very high overnight humidity recoveries. A
front will push through on Wednesday, with the highest rain chances
from 1100 through the afternoon. Expect breezier westerly winds
with the frontal passage.
