.DISCUSSION...High pressure will quickly build today causing winds
to become northerly before shifting to the east tonight into
Tuesday. Winds are not expected to be excessive, but in east-west
aligned terrain and on east facing slopes gusts up to 15 mph are
likely. Temperatures will rise considerably on Tuesday leading to
much lower humidity than what has been observed as of late.
However, a wet cooler front moves in on Wednesday and the effects
linger through Friday morning. Seeing increasing chances for
wetting rains, but if the front shifts north at all precipitation
amounts will be lower. High overnight humidity recovery expected
each night this week - including Tuesday night. Winds shift to the
south with the incoming front on Wednesday then turn westerly
through the remainder of the week.
