Fire is primary burning on heavy grass mesa tops, with areas on
Northern aspects where the fire is able to back down drainages. On
the southern aspects of the mesa tops there are some areas where the
fire could back down into drainages and access lower terrain weather
conditions. Main influences are the the new river drainage and robber
roost spring on the northern aspects and southern aspects would be
the valley northern phoenix. fire is estimated at 6,000 acres, most
on the mesa tops.
