Dry and warmer as high pressure builds into the region and
continues into the first half of next week. Daytime highs will
stay near seasonal averages as humidity trends lower with limited
overnight recoveries. Gusty north to east wind will at times
bring brief periods of elevated fire weather conditions, peaking
Sunday night into early Tuesday.

Discussion for SF and Inyo
204 PM PDT Fri Sep 20 2024

High pressure will build into the western United States with a
resumption of drier and warmer conditions through the first half
of next week. Typical afternoon breezes return as well with fair
overnight humidity recoveries for most valleys areas through the
weekend into next week. Humidity recovery for mid slope areas,
however, will still be limited.
