  recoveries Tuesday night poor to moderate for mid/upper slopes.

* Winds will be light Tuesday, then increased southwest breezes
  Wednesday as a dry frontal system passes. There may be
  several hours approaching critical fire weather conditions
  Wednesday afternoon.

* Lighter winds return Thursday and Friday, but it will remain dry
  and warm.
