* Gusty west to southwest afternoon winds with gusts up to 30-35 mph
  into the evening, then diminish overnight to around 10 mph.

* Dry conditions will prevail the next few days with min RH starting
  around 15-18% this afternoon, dropping 12-15% Thursday with marginal
  overnight recoveries and poor ventilation.

* Dry conditions and breezy westerly winds will continue Thursday
  afternoon that diminish and shift from the north-northwest less
  than 10 mph overnight.
