...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM EDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL NICHOLAS...SOUTHERN BRAXTON...NORTHWESTERN WEBSTER
AND EAST CENTRAL CLAY COUNTIES...

At 535 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Birch River, or
10 miles southwest of Sutton, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Birch River, Cowen, Widen, Boggs, Little Birch, Strange Creek,
Centralia, and Erbacon.
