Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 905 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain has fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Buckhorn Branch, Cascade Creek, Benaja Creek, Buffalo Creek, Big Beaver Island Creek, Belews Creek and Carroll Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
