SOUTHEASTERN SMYTH AND SOUTHWESTERN GRAYSON COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM
EDT...

At 823 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Troutdale, or near Sugar Grove, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
