This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited hail risk.
  Limited thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Elevated lightning risk.
  Limited excessive rainfall risk
  Limited Fog risk.

DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms may develop this afternoon into this
evening across portions of southern Missouri. There is the
potential for a few isolated strong to severe thunderstorms,
capable of producing damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail up
to the size of quarters.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Additional showers and thunderstorms will move across the region
overnight into Friday. Heavy rainfall may result in localized
flooding.

Thunderstorm chances then return to the area next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
