Drier and a slightly cooler inland for Friday and Friday night. For the deserts onto the desert slopes of the mountains, lowest daytime humidity of 8 to 12 percent combined with gusty southwest to west winds for the late afternoon through late evening will bring near critical fire weather conditions for Friday afternoon and evening. Sunday is expected to warm slightly with highs near 5 ot 10 degrees above normal, where triple digit heat is expected Sunday into Monday across the deserts into portions of the Inland Empire. Minimal changes in weather conditions will continue into the middle of next week with a shallower marine layer.
