...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Louisiana...Texas...

  Sabine River At Logansport affecting Shelby, De Soto and Panola
  Counties.

  Sabine River Near Beckville affecting Harrison, Rusk, Panola and
  Gregg Counties.

  Sabine River At Longview affecting Rusk and Gregg Counties.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Smith, Wood, Gregg and
  Upshur Counties.

  Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Smith and Wood Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Gladewater, Longview,
Beckville, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River at Logansport.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Expect minor lowland flooding of the boat
  ramp on the Texas side and lowland flooding into Logansport,
  Louisiana public park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 28.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Friday was 29.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Monday morning and continue falling to 27.4 feet Wednesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    28.9 feet on 03/08/1992.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Gladewater.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Expect minor lowland flooding with camps
  and picnic areas near the river suffering some flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 27.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Friday was 28.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tonight and continue falling to 14.0 feet Wednesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    27.3 feet on 03/16/1933.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Beckville.

* WHEN...Until Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Expect considerable lowland flooding on
  the reach of the Sabine River from the Tatum through Beckville and
  DeBerry areas with flooded boat ramps, gas and petroleum wells,
  and even some low area cabins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 27.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Friday was 28.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Monday morning and continue falling to 18.5 feet
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    27.8 feet on 03/12/2015.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola.

* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Expect flooding of low river bottoms with
  secondary roadways along with picnic and recreational areas
  becoming inundated as well. Ranchers should move cattle and
  equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Friday was 15.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning and continue falling to 9.2 feet
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.1 feet on 02/27/2016.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River at Longview.

* WHEN...Until Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Lowland flooding will continue for several
  days. Oil field operations will be curtailed and timber resources
  will suffer severe flooding. Fisherman should use caution as
  currents are swift.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 27.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Friday was 28.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late Sunday evening and continue falling to 17.3 feet
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    27.8 feet on 04/06/1979.
