* At 800 AM CDT Thursday the observed stage was 10.73 feet.
* Action Stage:   13.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    15.0 feet.
* Forecast: River is expected to crest at 13.5 feet, just over action
  stage, early Friday morning.
