Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. Excessive runoff will continue to affect rivers and streams especially Rio Culebrinas and tributaries. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 640 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Sebastian, Lares, Moca, Hato Arriba, Aceitunas and Juncal. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads.
