This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Numerous thunderstorms possible across western Puerto
Rico during the afternoon. Plan to stop all outdoor activity and
move to shelters.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible.

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects most individuals
sensitive to heat, especially those without effective cooling
and/or adequate hydration. Impacts possible in some health
systems and in heat-sensitive industries.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone particularly northern and southwestern beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

A tropical wave passing through the region on Monday will bring
unstable weather conditions. Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms are
possible at times, and squally, windy conditions are possible as
well. The tropical wave and a think plume of saharan dust
arriving on Tuesday will continue a trend of hot conditions,
especially for coastal areas.

throughout the day. Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be
prepared to take shelter.

systems and in heat-sensitive industries.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
