.DISCUSSION...The burn location will sit between very dry conditions
across western Utah and somewhat more moist conditions to the
east. Expect any threat of isolated showers and thunderstorms to
be to the east in the better moisture, however cumulus and
associated updrafts may begin to form over the burn location as
early as 1000.

Otherwise, very dry conditions are expected with the strongest
southwest winds on exposed slopes/ridgelines after 1300.
