.DISCUSSION...

A warm and dry southerly flow aloft today will bring well above normal
temperatures, gusty southwest winds in the afternoon, and humidity
around 20 percent. A cold front is then forecast to shift increasing
winds more westerly around and after midnight with moderate to good
humidity recovery. Gusty winds will continue through Thursday, but
temperatures will be about 15 degrees cooler than today, and afternoon
humidity should remain above 30 percent. Breezy conditions will likely
persist into Friday with gradual warming. -Coulston
