...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN FERGUS AND
SOUTHEASTERN CHOUTEAU COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM MDT...

At 659 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16
miles east of Geraldine, or 32 miles northeast of Stanford, moving
east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Fergus
and southeastern Chouteau Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for
central and north central Montana.
