The rangeland fire index remains in the low category for the next couple of days. Transport winds remain generally light under 10mph from the WNW this morning through the afternoon. Mixing heights expected to be sufficiently deep to promote good to excellent dispersal rates. MinRH values range from the mid 30 to 50 percent range which doesn`t promote erratic fire behavior. Showers and a few high based embedded storms develop around midday into this afternoon and move southeast across the area. Could see a few locally strong winds with any downdrafts out of these showers and storms.
