...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM CDT
FOR SOUTHERN REPUBLIC...WASHINGTON...NORTHERN CLOUD AND MARSHALL
COUNTIES...

At 218 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles northeast of Bern to 7 miles northeast of
Glasco, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Concordia, Marysville, Washington, Blue Rapids, Frankfort, Clyde,
Hanover, Waterville, Clifton, Linn, Axtell, Greenleaf, Jamestown,
Beattie, Barnes, Summerfield, Cuba, Morrowville, Norway, and
Vermillion.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
